Job Description

At CarFirst, our sales team is the engine that drives our success And help keep our revenue engine running. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for maximizing the sales performance by increasing the auctions, establishing strong relationships and gaining insight to the needs of our clients.

Our ideal sales manager has in-depth knowledge of Cars and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner with strong Negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can Inspire the same in others. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, design, develop and implement market driven strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Implementing strategies to acquire new customers through multiple sales channels and boost sales.
  • Coach the sales team for performance in relation to the targets set and build winning spirit within the team.
  • Prepare and lead the sales team meetings with clients to establish good relationship.
  • Managing accounts portfolio to achieve long-term success
  • Dealing with disputes by providing effective solutions to the clients.
  • Gather and provide competitive information to the Head of Sales on a regular and continuous basis.

Requirements

  • ucation to degree level or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and similar tools. The ideal candidate will have commitment and focus on excellence and customer service, and a strong alignment with our core values
  • At least 3-5 years experience in sales or account management; achieving monthly/weekly targets consistently.
  • Experience in strategy making and long-term planning aligned with company goals.
  • Strong communication skills with experience in managing a diverse team of individuals successfully and setting clear targets and goals of the team.
