Job Responsibilities:
- Leads and Owns Sales Targets (Volume and Value) across Pakistan.
- Leads all distributor management activities including monthly Sales, Trade Marketing, Brand associated activities and budgets along with measurement KPIs.
- Ensures all Commercial project executions of MSL, Primary Displays, Secondary Displays, In-Store Branding etc are achieved in Targeted stores via distributor team.
- Ensures coordination with local functions (finance, supply chain, etc) as well as zonal team (marketing, ICBO, etc) to ensure smooth running of operations and understand Best Practices and implement them in Pakistan.
Requirements :
- Annual, quarterly and monthly Sales Value Targets by brands for CHC Pakistan.
- Achievement of Numeric Distribution for all Key Brands and their relevant SKUs.
- Achievement of Best in Class commercial projects execution in targeted Cities/channels.
- 100% Execution of marketing & trade Marketing Calendar Activities for the Year.
- Deliver +95% forecast accuracy on the CHC Pakistan portfolio.
