This role involves coordination with commercial regions to achieve S&D Complaint per million (CPM) and TAT target

Job Responsibilities:
- Extensive coordination with CMC , CEM and SnP
- Coordination with region for urgent resolution of complaints
- Follow up with regions for the resolution of Active TTs (complaints)
- Highlight System & Process Improvement areas
- Analysis and develop process to improve complaint resolution time
- Conduct Channel Sales Analysis
- Draft Float Report (Franchise Wise)
- Draft Competitor Report
Requirements :
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree is required. Candidates with MBA degree will be preferred
- Minimum of two years of professional experience within relevant domain is required
- Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Effective problem Solving Skills
