Job Responsibilities

• Execute the Karandaaz Marketing and Communications strategy in close coordination with Director RMC Play a driving role in various aspects of communications and branding for Karandaaz Pakistan, including developing and designing publications and products, company website, press releases, social media, media relations, videos, editorial and creative services, and events, etc. as and when assigned. Create and lead marketing campaigns after identifying market needs; lead campaign development and execution in liaison with external agencies; and monitor KPIs set for the said campaign.

Education & Experience

• Master’s degree preferably in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, new media or related discipline from a reputable institution.
• 5 years or more of work experience in the fields of marketing and communications. Experience in managing communication and marketing duties for an organization similar to the scope and scale of Karandaaz will be preferred.
• Experience in digital marketing and understanding of search engine optimization, and other avenues of new-age and digital/online media.
• Experience of event management
• Strong track record in content creation with excellent written and presentation skills
• Strong track record in vendor management PR agencies, website agencies, social media management.
