Experience

• 5 years or more of work experience in the fields of marketing and communications. Experience in managing communication and marketing duties for an organization similar to the scope and scale of Karandaaz will be preferred. Experience in digital marketing and understanding of search engine optimization, and other avenues of new-age and digital/online media. Experience of event management

Qualification

• Master’s degree preferably in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, new media or related discipline from a reputable institution.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Karandaaz Marketing and Communications strategy in close coordination with Director RMC Play a driving role in various aspects of communications and branding for Karandaaz Pakistan, including developing and designing publications and products, company website, press releases, social media, media relations, videos, editorial and creative services, and events, etc. as and when assigned. Create and lead marketing campaigns after identifying market needs; lead campaign development and execution in liaison with external agencies; and monitor KPIs set for the said campaign. Plan, produce and create digital content to be used across all Karandaaz digital channels, increasing engagement with our audiences and stakeholders. Develop creative ideas, suggest innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends. Create graphics and edit photos, working with the internal design resource when necessary.
