About Punjab Govt:

The province is predominantly on plain level, however, there are some hilly areas in the North-West and extreme South-West. There is also a plateau adjacent to the mountains known as the Potohar plateau and a desert belt in the South Eastern part known as Cholistan.
All the major rivers of the country namely Indus, Jhelum, Chanab, Ravi, & Sutlaj flow through this province. They originate from the Himalayas and pass from North-West to South-West. They are primeval in nature and the volume of water increases in the summer after the monsoon rains, resulting sometimes in floods.
Punjab is the most populous province of Pakistan. According to the 1998 census, the population of the province is 7,25,85,000. The population density is 353 persons per square kilometer as compared to the national figure of 164. It contains several major cities of the country: Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan and Gujranwala.
About job/Role:
The incumbent should have experience of managing the repair & maintenance of mega Commercial and Public sectors establishments.

Responsibility:
- Manages financials in support of both Maintenance and Repair and Project Management budget.
- Ensures compliance with facility operating procedures, processes, work rules, national, state and local safety and operating codes as well as regulatory compliance.
- Ensures projects are completed to the satisfaction of the end-user, successfully managing budgets/financials, schedules, key performance indicators, and contractual requirements.
- Interacts with end-user’s operations support offices, vendors, subcontractors, and customer representatives as required, and develops close working relationships with various business leaders/stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Oversees day-to-day operations of the team to attain established goals and objectives.
- To carry out Schedule Risk Analysis by developing risk model and duration uncertainties using Primavera Risk Analysis (PRA) software.
- Prepare Project Risk Management Framework, System & Criteria and other risk management key documents
- To conduct risk management training with project teams for better understanding of risk management framework and facilitate proper implementation on projects
- Responsible for reliability maintenance.
- Provides leadership to the operation insuring an accident-free workplace.
- Maximizes full use of organization’s resources. Clearly understands the roles, responsibilities, authority, and accountabilities of each team member.
- Present risk management status to Project Leadership Team & generate monthly risk management reports.
