Researcher Information System (ARBİS) is a web-based application designed and developed by TÜBİTAK in order to create and continuously update the researcher database of Turkey since 2004. ARBİS will enable all the researchers working in Turkey and abroad to access and update their curriculum vitae and publications in the database. Researchers, who have registered and updated their information to ARBİS will be able to benefit from various communication platforms of TUBITAK and will have fulfilled the preliminary condition for applying to TÜBİTAK projects as well as for providing evaluation and monitoring services.

Responsibility:

Able to take an idea from creation through construction and launched into production with ongoing support and enhancements
Build and maintain application functionality for new and existing systems
Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle (design, implement, test, document and deploy)
Maintain high standards of quality for code, documentation and other deliverables
Adhere to industry best practices and contribute to internal coding standards
Ability to work with stakeholders/customers in USA
Demonstrate loyalty and stability in career approach
