About Role/Job Purpose:

Close interaction with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and fellow specialists throughout all divisions of S&P Global to deliver an exceptional recruitment process

Provide inputs on Global projects to improve policies and processes which will impact all employees

Specialist Talent Acquisition Jobs at S&P Global Pakistan April 2021

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for all levels of hiring; including background check initiation and monitoring.
  • Provide sourcing and screening support to recruiters as assigned by the line manager.
  • Responsible for dealing and directing calls and emails from both internal and external clients related to interviews, posting of positions and other general recruitment queries
  • Schedule interviews and create offer letters as directed by the Recruiter, coordinating the process in line with S&P Global procedures and service level agreements

Requirements :

  • Undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or other HR related field
  • Undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or other HR related field
  • Undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or other HR related field
  • Excellent probleOutstanding time management and communication skills, verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook
