Support Developer (.Net) | Contour software-April 2021
Responsibility:
- As part of the Support team, you will be working on the full range of products that Green 4 supply to our customers including Ticket Sales and Email Marketing software.
- You will be expected to come in and play a key role in ensuring that tickets are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer. Where required. You will investigate customer issues and provide resolution in the form of training or changes to product configuration.
- For more complex cases, you will work with the help of the Development team by analyzing code and data. Once issues are identified, you will proceed to develop and test changes to the product to resolve bugs permanently and result in the immediate issue.
- Aside from bigger planned and strategic projects, we expect there will always be a need to develop against smaller tactical development tasks that will polish our solution this is where you will make an impact when support requests are reduced.
- As this is a customer-facing role, you will need excellent English-speaking skills and comprehension.
- The successful hires will be located and work out of the Contour Software Islamabad office, working as part of the resource-center team, as an extension of the division-based Support and Development departments.
Requirements :
- Umbraco content management system
- Working Microsoft Dynamics CRM APIs
- Working applications in an Azure environment in particular good knowledge of App. Insights.
- Working with source control using Git
