A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Collaborates with NBS and end user for conversion of purchase requisitions into purchase orders up to PKR 100,000 on Single Quote
- • Collaborates with NBS, strategic buyer and end user for conversion of PRs into POs (> 100,00 PKRs) after due process of competitive bidding within a SLA of 07 days
- • Does spend analysis to facilitate the future buying strategies with relevant Strategic buyers (contractual coverages, EasyBuy catalogues etc.)
- • Monitors timely delivery of ordered goods or timely execution of ordered services
- • Monitors timely receipt and processing of vendor invoices with collaboration of NBS, Strategic Buyer and end user
- • Follow-up and escalation of operational issues with vendors and internal stakeholders
- • Ensures master data reliability in the system (Short text, Material group, Delivery dates, Payment terms, etc.)
- • Performs daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting (Spend, Parked invoices, Open POs, OTV, Confirmatory POs, GRN/SES, etc.)
- • Gate keeper of compliance (Spend, Parked invoices, Open POs, open GRIR balances, Confirmatory POs, GRN/SES, etc.)
