DESCRIPTION

• If you’re enthusiastic, self-driven, & interested in kick starting your career in the IT Industry, this is just the thing for you! Trainees should be detail-oriented and be able to demonstrate excellent learning skills. We are looking for aspiring people who can help customers to troubleshoot issues with a piece of equipment. Tech support is also responsible for installing equipment, maintaining records of customer interactions and collaborating with others to improve the company’s system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences (BSCS/SE) or related field
• Fresh Graduates or those having up to 1 year of experience
• Excellent communication skills
