About Role/Job Purpose:
For our growth marketing team we are looking for a creative web- and graphic designer. You will be reporting to our head of growth marketing and collaborating with a team of specialized marketers to create design various brand assets. The team works in an agile project environment and your responsibilities will be the following:

Job Responsibilities:
- Produce assets for paid marketing campaigns, including landing pages and display banners
- Work alongside with internal stakeholders and copywriters creating presentations and sales material
- Social media asset production
- Conversion rate optimization through continuous improvement of landing pages design
- Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices
- Designing visual imagery for website and ensuring that they are in line with company’s branding
- Continuous website improvement to ensure the best user experience
- Design elements preparation for web developers
Requirements :
- +3 years of creating graphic and web design
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe’s Creative Suite and Sketch/Invision
- Team player
- Excellent organizational- and time management skills
- Experience working in an agile project environment, ideally scrum
- Result- and data driven mindset
