About Role/Job Purpose:

Unilever is proud of its Tea business, the biggest in the world, with world class purpose driven brands such as Lipton, PG tips and Pukka. Recently, Unilever decided to separate the Tea business to ensure it can best achieve its potential. Unilever is currently reviewing several options for separation, including a demerger, an initial public offering, a disposal or through partnership models.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The GSM leads the entire Geo team (approx. 35 FTE) and ensures that primary and secondary sales (VOL & VAL) objectives are regularly being achieved.
  • He develops the ‘Route to Market’ strategy together with the Sales Director and ensures motif implementation.
  • Manages performance of relevant stakeholders in the team, inclusive of direct reports, key accounts, and general customers
  • Executes all CD agendas within the bounds of the geography
  • Member of CD Field Execution Team working directly under the Field Sales Leadership

Requirements :

  • Commercial degree
  • 2-4 years relevant field sales force / territory or Area management experience
  • Entrepreneurial drive/ owner’s mindset
  • Lead diverse teams + galvanize towards a common objective across teams
  • Strategically influence overall go – to – market vision for Tea div in Pakistan
